Your starting position is on your hands and knees on an exercise mat. Your weight is evenly balanced. Keep your stomach muscles activated and keep your back straight. At the same time, raise your right arm forward and your left leg straight back. Reach energy forward through your arm and hand and reach energy back through your leg and foot. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat using the opposite arm and leg.
