Equipment UsedTherapy Band
Sit comfortably in an upright position. Secure a therapy band handle to the bottom of your right foot. Securely grasp the elastic end of the therapy band in your right hand. Your right leg is extended and there's a slight bend in your right knee. Your right elbow is bent to 45 degrees and your right thumb is on top.
Next, point your right foot. You'll feel the muscular contraction in your right calf. Relax and return to the starting position.
