Sit comfortably in an upright position. Use your index fingers to form to top of a triangle and your thumbs to form the base of the triangle. Maintaining the shape of the triangle, straighten your arms in front of you, parallel to the floor. The triangle is at chest height.

Reaching through your arms, round your head, shoulders, and upper back forward. You'll feel a stretch across your upper back. Relax and return to the starting position.
